Proving working together works
Without trying to spread doom and gloom, we need to face a reality. The Government are making serious cuts in every effort to turn this country around from becoming bankrupt. Those cuts affect us all, and soon we will see a lot more people being made redundant, not getting jobs and students not getting places in Universities. What on earth is going to happen to us all.
Let me tell you this is our wake-up call. The answer is inside us all. Make a effort to consider starting your own business - become creative - and if you haven't got a job - help charities in the work they do. Their funding too has been cut. This is a great way to keep your CV alive - we all know it is easier to get a job when we are working. So keep mind body and soul active. There are a lot of people out there to help you. Learn how to network. The Keller Breakfast is going to start business panels of experts to help you in your business both to start and grow. This is one gift horse you will be able to look in its mouth. Look out for September Keller and follow the stories in Business Buzz magazine. There is a great article on Careers Springboard in the August edition, a fantastic group of people here to help.
Take guidance from Christine's monthly stars- this lady really knows her stuff and it is not tabloid newspaper predictions.
We can all achieve so much more if we help and support each other. We need lifting now and again, so if you have a good news story - please let us hear from you - your story could help someone else.
