Mary as Guest Speaker
Mary Flavelle Mary Flavelle enjoys Public Speaking and off course, we enjoy hearing her. Once heard never forgotten, says Jon Davey from Business In Berkshire.

I have been invited to a number of events already this year. I opened the Bracknell Business Expo Breakfast meeting with a talk on The Power of the Business Card. This got a lot of feedback and many interested in how they could make their card say more about them. Remember - your card is around when you are not - make sure it says what you want it to and if you can invest in adding a photograph.

Bracknell and Wokingham College invited me to speak to their Leadership group, a mixture of teachers and head mistressses from colleges around. Topic was powerful networking.

Next will be judging The Young Enterpise competition, as Head Judge, this is an awesome experience and an honour. If anyone is interested in helping with Young Enterprise, please let me know or read the article on the front page of the website.

I look forward to visiting The Holt School in Wokingham - their 'Dragon's Den' style event is always a thrill. I have enjoyed being a 'dragon' and judging their Enterprise Day efforts.

In October I will be at the Wycombe Business Expo, 27th and 28th. This will be thier 2nd year and well worth visiting. Find out more on: www.wycombebusinessexpo.com
